Graham Care Facilities Management

This is a new and developing project working with Graham Care Group, a longstanding and highly regarded client of Chessmann. To date Chessmann has provided project management services on new developments for Graham Care. This facilities Management role builds on that work.

The role includes preparing recommendations for the establishment of group wide or individual home contracts for regular service and inspections, seeking to efficiently maintain assets and ensure the safety and well being of residents, staff and visitors.

The Graham Care Group owns and operates nursing homes and care suites for over 500 residents in Surrey, Kent and Sussex. The existing seven homes together with the group's development sites provide the potential to develop places for over 800 residents.
