Skills Profile:  Candidates will need to be highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and able to demonstrate that they possess strong communication skills, are capable of developing new opportunities as well as delivering high quality technical services.

- Candidates must have a Quantity Surveying/Project Management background in the private sector and would preferably be Chartered.

- A track record in managing and mentoring staff would be beneficial.

- The successful individual will have proven technical skills and be prepared to undertake all aspects of project work when the need arises.

- The successful candidate will have the technical, presentation and personable skills and ability to manage and advise clients and project stakeholders.

- Ability and track record in developing clients and securing work would be beneficial.

- Preferable but not essential, Healthcare experience and/or Education. Ideally either or both in the Private Sector.

- Full UK driving licence essential.
